Each one portrays a Greek Ancient Olympian God ZEUS: God of the sky, lightening, thunder, law, order. ATHENA: Goddess of wisdom, handicrafts, defense, strategic warfare, arts and crafts. HERA: Queen of the gods and the goddess of marriage and family. HERMES: Messenger of the gods, god of trade, travel, thievery, athletics, tricks and games. ARES: God of war and violence. ARTEMIS: Goddess of hunt, wilderness and all animals. APHRODITE: Goddess of beauty, love and desire. POSEIDON: God of the seas, earthquakes and tidal wave. DEMETER: Goddess of agriculture (particularly cereals), harvest, fertility of earth, nature and the seasons. HESTIA: Goddess of hearth, home, architecture, domesticity, family and the state. HEPHESTUS: God of fire, forge, and volcanoes. APOLLO: God of light and sun, oracles, prophecy, knowledge, art, music, poetry, archery, medicine, healing, plague and darkness, youth, and beauty. If you decide to use them, they are educational.
